At Fuego you enjoy tapas in an all you can eat format. Throughout the evening you order a few dishes at a time, until 10.30 pm. The menu combines Spanish classics with influences from other cuisines, such as carpaccio, beef tataki, prawns and dates wrapped in pancetta.
