The cellar is open during this Open Monument Day. Hoogstraat 13 is part of a complex of four buildings featuring a raised flood chamber as a refuge during potential flooding of the former Zuiderzee. At Hoogstraat 13, there is a cellar opening in the side facade (Pasenstraat) just above ground level. A double door provides access to the cellar. Kreactief is located in the cellar (entrance on Pasenstraat), where you can attend creative workshops and courses.
