Cultural makers and organisations are joining forces for an evening full of theatre, music, dance, hip hop and film, spread across various locations in the city.
One evening, your own route
Wanderlust is a production by Stad als Podium, where visitors put together their own route through the city centre. Walking from place to place, you will encounter surprising performances along the way, from intimate musical talent to exuberant dance performances. The event is part of Hanze-Avondturen, the evening programme in which cultural institutions in Harderwijk join forces.
Theatre, music and film mixed together
The programme brings together diverse disciplines. Sjors & Ruud perform the humorous family show Kogge, while new musical talent such as Pinszel, Elieve and Landhuis & Caravan perform in the Catharinakapel. Dansschool ADE and U-Create merge dance and hip hop in the performance Super Bowl. Filmhuis Harderwijk surprises visitors with short films and a VR-experience in which you step into the film world yourself.
Discovery is paramount
The concept of Wanderlust revolves around spontaneous discovery: visitors walk from location to location, step inside where something is happening and let themselves be surprised by what they encounter along the way. In this way, one evening offers countless different cultural experiences spread throughout the city centre.
